Living in Dubai, Simon & Zeynep knew they needed planners they could completely trust to bring their vision to life from afar.

With guests travelling from all over the world, accessibility was a key consideration, alongside a complex guest list and a multi-day wedding that needed every detail to work seamlessly.

Then, just seven months before the wedding, their original venue cancelled.

We quickly set about finding a new home for their celebrations and, incredibly, secured an even better venue on the same peak-season date.

From there, together with an incredible team of suppliers we brought everything together, creating a wedding that was completely personal to Simon & Zeynep and their guests.

A huge celebration, a lot of moving parts, and one very special wedding.

Sarah & James got married at the Bathurst Estate in Cirencester. Their summer marquee wedding had many different elements to the day and Sarah was supported by Holly to keep calm and not overwhelmed. A magical day for them both walking from Cirencester market square down Black Jack street they were greeted by their brass band. A champagne reception at the front of the houses before guests were wowed by the stunning marquee provided by Bisley Marquees.

Jamie & Angus booked Holly in January for their April wedding after a chat with their wedding photographer, The Falkenburgs  suggested it would help them both feel calm knowing someone were executing the plans they had carefully made. 

Venue Hamswell House

Mihika & Liam wanted to blend Indian and English traditions across two days, with guests travelling from around the world. We handled everything from venue sourcing and supplier coordination to creating their wedding website and managing the RSVPs.

Venue Hyde House

Sudeley Castle provided the backdrop for Ellie & Adam's celebration a grand, historic setting that demanded flawless coordination across a large guest list. With over 100 guests to shepherd through the day, every transition, timeline, and supplier cue had to be seamless. Ellie & Adam had planned every detail themselves; our job was to make sure all of it landed exactly as they'd imagined, without them lifting a finger on the day.
