One planning meeting at the time of booking to get to know each other.
Support finding those perfect suppliers if required.
6 weeks before your wedding a meeting to find out all of the details.
Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails.
Confirmed running of your wedding day schedule ready for all your suppliers.
Emergency Kit bag.
On your wedding day an agreed amount of time (normally 9am until after your first dance).

What do we do on the day?

It is impossible to list all of the things we do on a wedding day but it normally includes the following:

Meeting all your suppliers on site.
Turning on generators and toilets (marquee/ tipi weddings)
Popping buttons holes and corsages on
lighting candles
Moving chairs
Preparing bouquets out of water
Helping with dresses
Moving flowers from ceremony to wedding breakfast
Coordinating ceremony entrance
Supporting with music
Liaising with catering event manager to ensure smooth running of service
Taking videos which will be sent to you the day after
Moving decor items
Moving gifts and cards to a safe place
Supporting photographer with group photos
Fluffing dresses
Sorting veils

Full Wedding Planning

Perfect for the couple who already has a busy schedule or anxiety levels cannot take on planning a wedding too. Let us take it all on and leave you with the fun bits!

Every couple receives a bespoke quote and will receive a perfectly planned and unique wedding as if you had planned it all yourself.

Some wedding planners choose to charge a percentage of your overall wedding budget. We do not believe in this style and therefore have a fixed price once we have worked with you to access your needs. We do not take commission from any of our amazing suppliers.

What does Full Wedding Planning Involve?

Again, each wedding and couples journey is different. This is a bespoke service but can include the following:

In depth questionnaire and initial meeting to discover all about you and your wedding
Creation of Budget and support allocation
Sourcing and communicating with all suppliers
Full management of all supplier admin
Helping to choose the perfect venue if applicable
Working with stylists and florists to create your vision through mood boards and then turning that into reality.
Detailed wedding schedule
Organisation of rehearsal dinner if required
Organisation of tastings
On the day coordination and organisation (hours bespoke to requirements)
Unlimited support from the moment you book until after your wedding day
Raw video footage from your day

Do you only work in the Cotswolds?

Absolutely not! We may be based in the Cotswolds however, we love nothing more than finding a new venue to work with. We travel all over the UK.

Does it matter if you haven't worked at our venue before?

No, it really doesn't. We will always make contact with the venue and make friends with their team to ensure your day runs perfectly and that is all that matters. If you have full planning we would visit the venue before too.

What is the difference between a Venue Coordinator, Wedding Coordinator and Full Wedding Planner?

A Venue coordinator is someone who is there on behalf of the venue to make sure all of their responsibilities run smoothly. They will do some support with looking after you as a couple however, not to the level of a wedding coordinator.

A wedding Coordinator is there for you, think of us as your personal assistants on your wedding day. Our main priority is to do everything so the only thing you are lifting is a glass of fizz! We take care of all timings, work with your supplier team and will leave after the last coordination task is required which is normally first dance or fireworks.

A Wedding Planner is someone that takes care of all aspects of the planning. From communication, to narrowing down suppliers picked by them to RSVP and design. We are with you for the whole journey whilst allowing you to enjoy any aspects you would like to do. (such as wine and food tasting!).

If you are Marrying at Milton End Wedding Barn or Pauntley Court - Our services are on behalf of the venue and couple! To ensure the best coordination with the venue in mind however, we are there fully present for you too.

Why don't you have wedding suppliers on your website?

We feel so lucky to work have built such a fantastic team of suppliers. However, our service is personalised to each couple. Once we understand your style, personalities and vision we will then pair and recommend suppliers to you based on this.

Can you help with last minute wedding bookings?

Yes absolutely. If we are free and a good match for you we are more than happy to take on last minute weddings.
