You’ve spent months (maybe years!) planning your perfect day—and now the countdown is on. You deserve to step back, take a breath, and enjoy every single moment without worrying about logistics or chasing suppliers.

That’s where we come in.

We’ll get to know your plans inside out, so when the day arrives, you can relax knowing everything is in safe hands. We’ll be your calm, behind-the-scenes support—bringing all your hard work to life, just as you imagined.

  • Creation of a Full Wedding Day Schedule
    We'll confirm timings with all your suppliers and share a clear plan so everyone’s on the same page.

    From plasters to safety pins to tissues—we bring a just-in-case kit you’ll be glad we packed!
  •  On-the-Day Coordination
    From morning prep (typically around 9am) right through until after your first dance—we’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly and discreetly handle any hiccups.

What do we do on the day?

Short answer: almost everything.

It’s honestly impossible to list every little thing we do on a wedding day—but here’s a glimpse into what you can expect from us.

From the big logistics to the tiny, thoughtful details, we’re there to make sure the day runs like clockwork—without you or your loved ones lifting a finger.


On a typical wedding day we will do the following:


  • Welcoming and coordinating all of your suppliers on site
  • Turning on generators and toilet facilities for marquee/tipi weddings
  • Popping on buttonholes and corsages
  • Lighting candles and setting the perfect ambience
  • Preparing bouquets (taking them out of water, handing them to the right people)
  • Moving chairs between ceremony and reception (yep, we’ve got this!)
  • Helping with dresses, veils, and fluffing before photos
  • Moving flowers from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast area
  • Cueing music and coordinating your ceremony entrance
  • Liaising with the catering/event manager to keep the day running smoothly
  • Quietly capturing videos and clips (which we’ll send the next day!)
  • Relocating décor items as the day transitions
  • Collecting and safely storing gifts and cards
  • Assisting your photographer with group shots and guest wrangling
  • Keeping things calm, organised, and joyful—even if the unexpected happens

If the idea of juggling spreadsheets, timelines, and supplier emails feels a bit too much (or if anxiety levels are already rising), this is the package for you. We’ll take care of everything, from start to finish—leaving you to enjoy the exciting, joyful parts of wedding planning without the overwhelm.

From the moment you book us, we become your go-to people. You’ll get all the benefits of a perfectly planned, totally personal wedding—without the stress of managing it all yourself.

Absolutely not! We may be based in the Cotswolds however, we love nothing more than finding a new venue to work with. We travel all over the UK. 


No, it really doesn't. We will always make contact with the venue and make friends with their team to ensure your day runs perfectly and that is all that matters.  If you have full planning we would visit the venue before too.


A Venue coordinator is someone who is there on behalf of the venue to make sure all of their responsibilities run smoothly. They will do some support with looking after you as a couple however, not to the level of a wedding coordinator.

A wedding Coordinator is there for you, think of us as your personal assistants on your wedding day. Our main priority is to do everything so the only thing you are lifting is a glass of fizz! We take care of all timings, work with your supplier team and will leave after the last coordination task is required which is normally first dance or fireworks.

A Wedding Planner is someone that takes care of all aspects of the planning. From communication, to narrowing down suppliers picked by them to RSVP and design. We are with you for the whole journey whilst allowing you to enjoy any aspects you would like to do. (such as wine and food tasting!). 


If you are Marrying at Milton End Wedding Barn or Pauntley Court - Our services are on behalf of the venue and couple! To ensure the best coordination with the venue in mind however, we are there fully present for you too. 


We feel so lucky to work have built such a fantastic team of suppliers. However, our service is personalised to each couple. Once we understand your style, personalities and vision we will then pair and recommend suppliers to you based on this. 


Yes absolutely. If we are free and a good match for you we are more than happy to take on last minute weddings.
